Venezuela’s top Diplomat in Kenya strangled to death inside her residence


  The head of Venezuela’s embassy in Kenya was murdered at her official residence in the capital, police and foreign affairs ministry officials said on Friday.

Police said they believed the charge d’affaires, Olga Fonseca, was strangled to death in the white mansion surrounded by tropical trees and an electric fence in the exclusive Runda neighborhood.

“We received reports that she was found dead in the house on her bed. What we have seen is that she has been strangled,” Anthony Kibuchi, Nairobi area police commander, told reporters outside Fonseca’s residence.

She started her job on July 15, the ministry of foreign affairs said.

Venezuelan embassy officials in Kenya were unavailable to comment.

Funny how fellow kenyan’s don’t have any goood thing to say about her.

May God save us from whom we are not after; but is after us…sad story thou.

Dakore Egbuson Akande back to acting after Her one year of marital life



 The talented actress who hasn’t featured in any movie since her marriage in 2011 has finally returned to acting. Dakore Akande will feature in a new movie written and produced by singer/actress Ashionye Michelle Raccah titled ‘Journey to Self’. 

The movie also features Nse Ikpe-Etim, Ashionye Michelle Raccah, Katherine Obiang Edoho and Tosin Sido in lead roles. Other features include Carol King, Kalu Ikeagwu, Femi Brainard, Femi Jacobs and Chris Attoh, with the directorial talents of Tope Oshin Ogun.

‘Journey to Self’ was 13months in the making from inception. It is an intense story of friendship, sacrifice, empowerment and self-respect’. It is about four friends, Nse (Nse Ikpe-Etim), Regina (Ashionye Michelle Raccah), Alex (Dakore Akande) and Rume (Katherine Obiang Edoho) who lose a mutual childhood friend, Uche (Tosin Sido).

Uche speaks through a series of letters stirring her friends to a journey of self discovery… a ‘Journey to Self’.

Breaking News: Jannette Kicked Out Of The Big Brother Stargame


 The small princess became the 8th housemate to be evicted from Upville after being put up for possible eviction for the first time during her time the Big Brother StarGame house.

Jannette was nominated along side strong characters including Lady May, Prezzo and Kylewho were told that they were saved by Africa and thus still had some days in the house.

The small princess could not therefore fight off the stiff competition from the two Upvillers and her former Downville partner Kyle. She was well composed when she was told that she had been evicted and took the moment quite well while the other housemates escorted her to the exit door.

This means that the only StarGame surviving couple is no more thus Uganda is remaining with Kyle as her representative.

Well, Jannette definitely had a spectacular show and the house will surely miss her presence thus i can only wish her all the best.. fly high dearie!!!

Pregnant Woman Nabbed With Ingested 900 Grams Of Cocaine At Abuja Airport

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has arrested three suspected female drug traffickers over smuggling of 4.500kg of narcotics in under wears and hair wigs. All three suspects were apprehended at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport (NAIA), Federal Capital Territory, Abuja last weekend. Two of the suspects who were to board an Egypt airline flight to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, through Cairo were caught with 3.6kg of methamphetamines neatly hidden in customised under wears and hair wigs. Another female suspect who claimed to be three months pregnant was found to have ingested 900 grammes of substance that tested positive for cocaine.

NDLEA Commander at the Abuja Airport, Mr. Hamisu Lawan gave the names of the suspects as Ms Anene Blessing Iruoma, age 26, Ms Obiakor Maryann Okwudili, age 34 and Ms Mbechi Obiageli Susan, age 38. The Commander also thanked the management of the Federal Airport Authority for alerting the NDLEA of possible drug concealment following a body frisk on one of the suspects.

According to Hamisu,“Anene Blessing Iruoma and Ms Obiakor Maryann Okwudili concealed 1.7kg and 1.90kg of methamphetamine in under wears and hair wigs while Mbechi Obiageli Susan ingested 900 grammes of substance that tested positive for cocaine. The drugs were detected during routine screening of passengers. The suspects are helping narcotic officials in our investigation. I commend the level of cooperation among security Agencies at the airport. I also thank the management of the Federal Airport Authority for their significant role in these arrests”.

Miss Anene Blessing who hails from Igbariam in Anambra State with Passport number A03660604 was found to be wearing a customized brazier, pants and hair wig all stuffed with substances which tested positive for methamphetamine weighing 1.7kg. Ms Obiakor Maryann Okwudili, age 34, who hails from Nando in Anambra state with passport number A01444553 was apprehended on same flight with Anene. She too concealed 1.90kg of methamphetamine in under wears.

The third suspect by name Mbechi Obiageli Susan, with passport number A00288396 hails from Oduma village in Enugu State. She ingested 900 grammes of cocaine and was arrested on her way from Sao-Paulo, Brazil with the aid of scanning machines. Mbechi who claimed to be 3 months pregnant later excreted 51 pellets of cocaine weighing 900 grammes.

Chairman/Chief Executive of the NDLEA Ahmadu Giade said that the Agency will provide the enabling environment for a strong and sustainable drug control institution in the country. “Drug trafficking is criminal and as security managers we have a responsibility to provide the enabling environment for officers and stakeholders to give their best in addressing the drug problem. These and subsequent arrests and drug seizures will further discourage potential drug traffickers that they will caught and prosecuted” Giade stated.

The suspects who will soon be charged to court could be sentenced to 15 years under the NDLEA Act.
